Texting-while-driving ban

A statewide ban on texting while driving, already against the law in Austin and some other Texas cities, is on its way to Gov. DART Escalator Mishap Injures Students

An escalator malfunction at the DART Mockingbird Station has hospitalized five kids and two adults. The group of female students were part of a large group in town from the Quinlan Independent School District to sing in a choir and visit a museum. Rain Causes Flooding, Wrecks

Wrecks Cause by Heavy Rain: Although North Texas needed a good soaking rain, Monday morning commuters had a hard time with the downpour.
